Being a dog lover

My family has a dog and her name is CC..She's just a normal stray dog but with long fur covering her body. She's obedient and a good dog. We seriously love her alot. We took good care of her and always wanted to play with her..Just that she's too lazy to play but love to eat ONLY!!! *grin* Yesterday I took chance to bathed her after so long. Do you believe that my dog doesn't like to bathe?? When we fill up the water and told her going bathe, she wouldn't walk out from her cage, and will lie down like a lazy pig...In the end, we need to drag her out to bathe her! LOLz!
There she is...lying down to do some sunbathing before bathe
To bathe her, need water..and soap and brush! Easy

Honeymoon aka. Vacation

I just came back from perhentian island past few days. I went there last sunday with my beloved loukong. We planned and booked for everything last month before my exam ended. And our vacation dream came true. We went there without any objections and obstacles..LOL.. Let me tell you about our journey to the trip and all the things we did there. Ok...we went back to KL on 8th which was last saturday. We took Perdana bus at Putra bus station at 9.30pm to Kuala Besut jetty. The whole journey was a disaster for me as I didn't manage to fall into sleep. Haiz..But in the end I managed to get some rest. The journey took bout 8 hours and believe me..nxt time, take a flight better. ^_^..

*

*

We reached Kuala Besut 5am in the morning on 9th May. We were sleepy and tired due to the long hours of bus ride. But we didn't take nap at the jetty. We waited for Cocohut office to open as we need to settle the last payment of the trip. When the office opened at 8am, we went there and to our surprise, the lady there told us that we should pay RM444 instead of RM410. We were surprised that John told us the wrong prize. In the end, we just paid the previous about told. Luckily. If not we will not have enough money to spend on the island. LOL..Upon settling the payment, we were brought directly to the jetty and took a speed boat to Cocohut Chalet

*

*

We reached the chalet about 8.30am. The people there are very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage and helped us to the reception counter. After checking in, we walked around the place and took some pictures at the beach while waiting for our room to be ready. The beach is beautiful with crystal clear water and sandy beach. U will feel the powdery feeling of the sand if u walk without ur slippers..Anyway the beach is a bit dangerous as there are many dead corals lying along the beach..

*

*
Crystal clear water

*

*

We collected some seashells and took some time sitting at the benches there. We chat and talked while waiting to get into our room..This is the vacation that we both longing to go for

After getting into our room at 11.30am, we bathed and headed for our first lunch. We would be going for our first snorkeling trip at 2pm. The first trip would be around perhentian island. We were excited and curious about the trip as we didn't know where we would be brought to that afternoon. We had fish and sotong with rice, fruits and orange juice for lunch. To my surprise, both of us at with gusto and swallow all the food in. We were indeedly hungry...After eating we headed room to apply sunblock and changed to our swimming attire

During the snorkeling trip, we were brought to few sites for snorkeling. First, we were brought to one place nearby perhentian island. I got no idea what's the name of the beach, but it is a secluded beach. Too bad that my camera is not a waterproof one, so there's no underwater picture taken. Wat a pity. But that beach is great. The corals are beautiful and well preserved. We saw many different fishes and we saw a big fish called Napolean..I got no idea what is the correct spelling. Haha..but the fish is huge..

*

We then were brought to a place called turtle point. That place is the site where turtles always swim pass and many visitors manage to see turtles at this point. We waited on the boat while our guide swam around to look out for the turtles..We were told to jump into the sea as soon as possible when he managed to find any turtles. The moment he called, all of us jumped into the sea and swam as fast as we could towards him..He follow his guide and we manage to see a huge turtle below, swimming nearby the sand. But we only manage to see for a short while as the turtle swam away fast and lost from our sight in a split seconds.

*
Next we were brought to the shark point to see sharks..But unfortunately, we didn't get to see any sharks there. Some of our teammates managed to see a medium size shark swimming in the sea. My love and I got up to the boat early as he wasn't feeling well. On the boat we chat with one of our guides. This young guide is a diver and he has a diving licence. He told us about the process of obtaining the diving licence..Then before we head back to our chalet, we were brought to a waterfall nearby to clean ourselves of sea water..The water is very very cooling and it was fun to drain ourselves with those water after snorkeling so long under the hot sun..Then we headed back to our chalet and we rested before our dinner..We had fish again with chicken and tomyam soup, with sirap and fruits..Unfortunately, we were not able to finish our meal that night. Too full with water..LOL..We were suppose to see the famous BLUE SAND there but we were too tired to go, so we rested early that night

Our next snorkeling trip was to Rawa and Susu Dara. We took speed boat there with the same guides and teammates. Rawa and Susu dara located near to the Small Perhentian Island and this beaches hava a lot of fishes and beautiful corals underneath the water. We fed the fished with the bread provided. The guide brought me bf and I too see something special. We...for the first time, witnessed underwater eel for real. We were so excited. Then we snorkelled further out from the beach and managed to see many clown fish nests..They were adorable..^^ The guide also allow me to touch and hold sea cucumber he took from underwater..This is not the first time I got to hold it..But here at perhentian, the sea cucumbers are HUGE!
*
Then, we were brought to Susu dara to see sting ray..Haha..Again unfortunately, I didn't manage to see any. Haiz..Then we were brought to perhentian kecil's light house. At this point, many people try to jump from the light house into the sea. Do not take lightly on this activity as the light house is reali tall above the sea. It takes great courage to jump down. The corals there are beautiful..Suitable for divers as the corals grew tall to the surface of water and to ur surprise..u can stand in the middle of the sea as the smooth corals grew tall, reaching the surface. The corals here have lots of colours and damn nice! No pic..Sorry!
Lunch after snorkeling
*
*
After snorkeling, we had lunch. Then we had whole evening for leisure. We decided to go to some other places. In the end we took a water taxi to small island, at D'Lagoon resort. At there we had snorkeling again on our own..I was very surprised then...as I saw sting ray half way when I was snorkeling there. I saw 2 actually. I was very happy, although I didn't see any at Susu dara that morning, I manage to see at D'Lagoon. ^_^ After finish snorkeling, we we told that there are baby turtles being raised at the resort. We were thrilled the moment we saw and touched the turtles..Very fragile and cute!

After coming bck to Besar, we bathed and strolled at the beach that evening..We walked up to Cozy chalet next to Cocohut

Then, we back to chalet and ready for our last dinner at the resort. We had BBQ dinner that day! Yummy with lots of seafood but we couldn't finish it again..I mean the rice and noodles..Haha..But it was delicious..

The next day, we went to the beach again to collect more seashells before leaving that morning. We had breakfast at 7.30 am and we took our first speedboat back to mainland at 8am morning. I felt sad that day as we had to leave already. We had lots of good time there and miss the fun and the places we been to..Hope to come again nxt time! Perhentian..Thank u for the great adventure and vacation..Our honeymoon was great with you!

Bye Perhentian ^^
